FBI agent. Cain discussed how the wiretaps were made. He also displayed some charts he helped produce about Blagojevich's fundraising. He was the one who's name was on the affidavit/complaint.
2-5 Alonzo Monk Direct: Christopher Niewoehner
Cross: Adam Jr.
He testified about meetings attened by Kelly, Rezko Blagojevich and himself in which making money from schemes involving their public position was discussed. He also was the go-between in the alleged racetrack executive extortion scheme.
5 David Abel Direct: Carrie Hamilton

Former Director of State Management. He was involved in $10 billion bond deal.
5 Vincent Mazzaro Direct: Carrie Hamilton
Cross: Aaron Goldstein
He worked for Bear Stearns, the underwriter for the bond deal. The consultant they used on the deal was Bob Kjellander.
5-6 Joseph Aramanda Direct: Christopher Niewoehner

A Tony Rezko associate, he had been COO of Rezko's Papa Johns pizza shops. Declined offer to be in Blagojevich's cabinet. Got arranged loan from Bob Kjellander but the money went to other Rezko associates, and then got a loan from Jay Wilton to pay off Kjellander.
6 Sherry Schindler Direct: Carrie Hamilton

IRS agent. She brought charts that show the money trail from the bond deal transaction through Aramada to Rezko associates.
6 Anthony Pope Direct: Christopher Niewoehner

He is a CPA and attorney. He was involved in the transactions that were supposed to buy an insurance company, as outlined in one of the schemes that Lon Monk had talked about.
6-7 Joseph Cari Direct: Christopher Niewoehner

Cari had been experience in political financing, and had worked with the 2000 Gore campaign. He was a stock underwriter. Involved in the TRS scheme.
7 Jill Jayden Direct: Christopher Niewoehner

She was Director of Boards and Commissions. It was her job to track candidates for various state positions on boards. She talked about candidates recommended by Kelly and Rezko.
7-8 Ali Ata Direct: Carrie Hamilton

He gave a $25K contribution and was made the Executive Director of the Illinois Finance Authority. He said he gave cash to Rezko.
8 Michael Horst Direct: Reid Schar

He was the guy that was allegedly offered as a sham candidate to be the Director of the Illinois Finance Authority, in order to satisfy a state requirement that there be at least two candidates.
8-9 John Johnston Direct: Christopher Niewoehner

He was the racetrack executive who was allegedly extorted in a scheme where a bill favorable to his racetracks would not be signed until a campaign contribution was paid. The go-between was his lobbyist Lon Monk, and most of the evidence about this scheme was provided by Monk and Johnston.
9 Donald Feinstein Direct: Reid Schar

He words for Academy of Urban School Leadership (AUSL). He told about a slow down in getting funds appropriated to the Chicago Academy High School. The allegation is that the funds were held up by the government's office until Rahm Emanuel's brother held a fundraiser for Blagojevich
9 Bradley Tusk Direct: Reid Schar

He was a Deputy Governor in the Blagojevich administration. Blagojevich directed him to deliver the message that Emanuel's brother needed to have fund raiser in order for the Chicago Academy's funds to be released. He did not deliver the message.

He was Blagojevich's 2nd Chief-of-Staff. His testimony touched on most of the allegations made against Blagojevich: The Chicago Academy money, the job for Patti, the road builder's extortion scheme, the selling of the senate seat, the Tribune editorial writers for Cubs money scheme, the Children's Hospital extortion scheme
13-14 Tom Balanoff Direct: Reid Schar

He was an SEIU official and friend of Barack Obama. Blagojevich considered him an envoy from Obama. In a meeting Blagojevich told him that he would appoint Valerie Jarrett tto the Senate and that he would like a cabinet level position, in the Obama administration.
14-15 Doug Scofield Direct Reid Schar

He was a Deputy Governor early in the Blagojevich administration. He became an advisor to Blagojevich, starting around the time of his second campaign for governor. He participated in a number of calls where Blagojevich discussed what to do with the senate appointment.

He administered a computer-based ethics program for state employees, including Rob Blagojevich.

The IRS agent who was on the stand on day 6. She had charts that demonstrated the spending patterns of Rod and Patti Blagojevich.

He was the CFO of Rezmar. Rezko told him to give payments to Patti Blagojevich, and he discussed her lack of work.

He worked for Rezko, and was instructed to find work for Patti. Like Patti, he was also paid fairly randomly.
16 Marianne Piazzi Direct: Christopher Niewoehner

She's a licensed real estate agent.

FBI agent. She picked up documents from Patti's River Realty.

He is an FBI agent. He was at an interview with Blagojevich in which the Governor was supposed to have lied to the Law Enforcement officers.

She was the finance director of the Blagojevich campaign. She said that Blagojevich knew well the names of his big donors, and how much they contributed.

He was an advisor to Blagojevich about the Indian community. Alleged to be involved in arranging cash payments in return for the appointment to the senate seat.

FBI SA Cain was making his second appearance on the stand (he was called on Day 1. Some charts he brought were not allowed in evidence, but said that Blagojevich had $3.8 million in legal fees. He also went over the Rezmar-River Realty contract relevant to allegation regarding Patti's job with Rezko.

He is a lobbyist and was Blagojevich's Chief-of-Staff when he was in Congress. He talked about the Children's Memorial Hospital and the alleged shakedown of Rahm Emanuel. He went to the feds about Blagojevich (the defense said his cooperation wasn't entirely voluntary).
19 Patrick McGoon Direct: Christopher Niewoehner

He's the CEO of Children's Memorial Hospital. He said that he felt the proximity of CMH getting money to boost doctor reimbursements and Rob Blagojevich calling to ask for a fundraiser were too close together to not be linked.
